Payments go to the business, not to us
Every booking is for an in-person session or appointment at the provider’s own premises. You pay the business directly by CliQ transfer or in cash, or draw on a session pack you already own. wellnest does not process, hold or handle payments, and stores no card or bank details.

Pending means waiting on the business
Your place is held as soon as you book. It becomes confirmed once the business marks your payment as received — usually quickly during opening hours. Pending is normal, not an error.

Cancellation terms are set by each business
Every business sets its own cancellation window and any late-cancellation or no-show fee. You see those exact terms before you confirm a booking, and again if you go to cancel.

You can delete your account yourself
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Two taps to confirm, and it permanently removes your profile, contact details and upcoming bookings. No email to us required.

You must be 18 or over
wellnest accounts are for adults. If a minor attends a session, an adult account holder makes the booking and is responsible for it.

What we collect, and what we never do
