Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 September 2026 · Applies to the wellnest mobile app, the wellnest web app, and wellnest Business OS.

1. The agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Health Nest Software Development Company, a company registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan under Commercial Registration No. 83017 (National Establishment Number 200214207), trading as wellnest, of Khoury Plaza, Office No. 6, Mohammad Al Ajlouni St., Paris Square, Jabal Al-Weibdeh, Amman, Jordan ("wellnest", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the wellnest apps, website, and Business OS (together, the "Platform").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Platform.

2. Our role as a marketplace

wellnest is a marketplace. We connect you with independent wellness businesses — studios, gyms, salons, clinics, trainers, and practitioners — and provide the technology to discover and reserve what they offer.

We do not provide the classes, treatments, or sessions ourselves, and we do not take payment for them. Each business is solely responsible for the service it delivers, for the qualifications and conduct of its staff, for the safety and condition of its premises and equipment, for its own licensing and insurance, for collecting payment from you, and for complying with the law that applies to it. Your contract for the session itself, and for its payment, is with that business.

We take reasonable care in listing businesses on the Platform, but we do not independently verify every qualification, certification, or claim a business makes, and listing on wellnest is not an endorsement or a guarantee of quality.

3. Eligibility and your account

4. Bookings

When you book, you are reserving a specific place in a specific session at a specific time. Your place is held while the booking is pending, and the booking becomes confirmed once the business marks your payment as received. Both CliQ and cash require that confirmation, so a pending booking is normal and not an error.

Availability shown on the Platform reflects what the business has published. Businesses set their own capacity and are responsible for keeping their schedules accurate. Occasionally a business may need to change or cancel a session — for instance if an instructor is unavailable. Where that happens you will be notified and are entitled to a refund or a credit for that booking, from the business.

You must arrive on time. Businesses may refuse late entry to a class for safety reasons, and a refused late entry is treated as a no-show under section 7.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are set by each business and displayed in Jordanian dinar (JOD) before you confirm. All bookings on the Platform are for in-person services delivered at the business's own location.

Payment is made directly to the business, not to wellnest. You may pay by CliQ transfer to the business's alias, or in cash at its premises, or by drawing on a class pack or membership you already own. wellnest does not process, hold, or handle any payment, and holds no card or bank details. We record which method you chose and whether the business has confirmed receipt.

Because payment is between you and the business, any question about a payment, a refund, or a receipt is settled with that business in the first instance. We will help where we reasonably can.

wellnest may earn a commission on bookings and may charge businesses subscription or placement fees. This does not change the price you see — the amount displayed before you confirm is the amount you owe the business.

6. Class packs and memberships

Businesses may sell class packs (a number of sessions) and memberships (access over a period). Each has its own price, validity period, and conditions, shown at the point of purchase. They are prepaid bundles of in-person sessions at that specific business, and confer no digital goods or platform features.

7. Cancellations and no-shows

Each business sets its own cancellation window and any late-cancellation or no-show fee. Those exact terms are shown to you in the app before you confirm a booking, and again if you go to cancel it.

Refunds are made by the business, using whatever method you paid by. Where a business cancels, or where a session does not go ahead, you are entitled to a full refund or credit from that business.

8. Health and safety

Physical exercise, treatments, and recovery services carry inherent risks. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for judging whether an activity is suitable for you.

Nothing on the Platform is medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new activity, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have any medical condition. Tell the business about any relevant condition, injury, allergy, or limitation before your session, and follow the instructions of its staff.

9. Reviews and content you post

You may only review a session you actually booked. Reviews must be your own honest experience. Do not post content that is false, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, or that reveals another person's private information.

You keep ownership of what you post, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute it on and in connection with the Platform. We may remove content that breaches these terms, and we may remove or decline to publish reviews we have reasonable grounds to believe are fake, incentivised, or posted to manipulate a rating.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Platform develops. We will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page, and where a change is significant we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Platform after that means you accept the updated terms. Bookings already confirmed are governed by the terms in force when you made them.
